Annual Golf Tournament - The Annual Charity Golf Classic is the longest running of our fund-raisers and a welcome source of revenue. Now in its 19th year, we are scheduled for a repeat on September 30, 2006 at Los Lagos Golf Course in San Jose. Local businesses sponsor tees at this event which hosts 72 - 144 golfers competing for a number of awards. With a long drive competition, a putting contest and a Dutch Auction, these competitors have no shortage of opportunities to take home prizes. Click here for the Golf Tournament Site.

Annual Crab Feed -
De Anza Lions' annual winter fund raising event is an "all you can eat" Crab Feed, jointly organized with the Sunnyvale Sunrise Rotary Club. Apart from raising funds to finance our major community projects, the main objective is to provide a fulfilled evening for our customers, who always enjoy fresh crab to the accompaniment of live Dixieland jazz. One of our major sponsors of the event and a source of experienced volunteers is the Fish Market restaurant in Santa Clara, from whom we obtain the crab at preferential rates. Crab feed pictures
